AWS + Tidelift panel: Best practices for inclusive development

Inclusive is one of our core values at Tidelift. So we were delighted to have collaborated with our friends at AWS on this panel discussion about inclusive practices in open source software development.

This discussion featured Nithya Ruff, Head of the Open Source Program Office at AWS, Julia Ferraioli, Open Source Technical Leader at Cisco, Tidelift senior ecosystem strategy lead Josh Simmons, and Tidelift co-founder and head of engineering Jeremy Katz.

They explored inclusive development practices in open source, across project communities and corporate contributors, with these industry leaders. They also discussed the current state of inclusive development and did a whirlwind tour of strategies and tactics that you can bring to the organizations and communities that you lead.
